    This product is handmade and crafted from sustainably sourced virgin coconut oil. The virgin coconut oil is made from fresh, mature, chemical free coconuts fairly bought from Cambodian small share-hold farmers. The oil is 100% hand-made and cold-pressed, producing water-clear oil with a sweet and subtle coconut flavour. This method also allows us to maximise the social impact, while minimising the environmental footprint.

      There are 3 available sizes for this product. This is the medium size (60g). The medium size is packaged in a quality aluminium container as shown in pictures.

      Returns
      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

       

      Refunds

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

      These products will be posted via Standard Postage within Australia (with delivery in 3-5 business days once posted) unless otherwise arranged. The cost of Standard Postage within Australia is dependent on the weight of your order and is as follows:

      0kg – 500g = $9

      500g – 1.5kg = $14

      1.5kg – 5kg = $20

      5kg – above = $30 (or by special arrangement for large orders)

       

      POSTAGE INTERNATIONALLY

      The cost of International Shipping is dependent on the destination and weight of your order. The cost of International Shipping starts from $20.  We currently have shipping options listed to post products to New Zealand, Asia, US & Canada, and Great Britain & Ireland. If you would like products posted to a country not listed, please contact Voice to arrange shipping.

       

      ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP OPTIONS

      When placing your order you may select ‘Alternative Pick-up’ to arrange an alternative pick-up method instead of standard postage. All Voice products are located in Taigum, Queensland, Australia. Your products will remain at Voice until alternative arrangements have been made.
